Let me tell you about Belle....she is funny, compassionate, and easy going. That's before you pick up the weights lol. You are probably doing your workouts wrong...no, you are, trust me. After my first session I was sore and after my 2nd my core was already improved. If you are a superstar student you will be doing her workouts in between sessions. Dump the cable and put your cash into Belle's training....you wont regret it!

Time with her working towards my fitness goals has been the best investment I've made in myself. I couldn't have found a better trainer that understands my needs and pushes me while still building up confidence. I couldn't recommend anyone more!
